Shine Teeth Whitening Services provides professional teeth whitening services to medical offices while creating jobs for single moms, musicians, artists, and others who don’t fit well in the traditional 8-5 corporate world. Our technicians are trained by licensed dentists to create custom fit trays for teeth whitening at a fraction of the cost of obtaining those services from traditional dental office suppliers.
We provide our services to cosmetic medical practices through the internet, through events, and in partnership with businesses who would like to add teeth whitening to the set of services they provide. Shine provides professional teeth whitening services and products at a deep discount for groups and companies throughout the U.S. and in select international regions.

Vic Conner, CEO and Co-Founder
Vic Conner is CEO and Co-Founder of Shine™. He holds a bachelors’ degree in business finance and also serves as Financial Director of Utah’s top public relations agency, Snapp Conner PR. Prior to co-founding Shine he served as an Investment Consultant for Everen Securities and as a Financial Advisor at Prudential Securities. Most recently, he served as a Financial Coach for True North Academy in American Fork. When he’s not facilitating whiter teeth and a better future through Shine, Vic is singing and playing guitar, as he is a professional lead singer who often performs in Salt Lake City.
Don Bigelow, D.D.S. Co Founder
Don Bigelow of Shine™ is a leading Salt Lake City dentist who has been acknowledged as one of America’s Top Dentists for Cosmetic Dentistry for three consecutive years, 2007-2009 . He is also the reason behind SmileZ’ commitment to excellence, as he is personally involved in the training and principles behind the service our team members provide. In person, Dr. Bigelow is humble—he says his job description is to ensure his clients spend the smallest part of their lives possible in anyone’s dentist chair. His work has improved countless lives and thousands of smiles. He is proud to be the first sponsoring dentist for Shine. His personal interests include boating, ATVs, and personal fitness.
Cheryl Conner, COO
Cheryl Conner is acting COO and PR/Marketing lead for Shine™. She is proud to launch Shine as the social responsibility and humanitarian arm of her efforts as Managing Partner of Snapp Conner PR. Cheryl Conner has more than 23 years of experience consulting companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500. Snapp Conner has been recognized as one of Utah’s 30 Women to Watch. She is a trustee of the Utah Technology Council (UTC) and has directed the UTC Communications Committee since 2004 and has twice been named to the vSpring v100 list of top entrepreneurial executives. When she is not promoting or securing engagements for SmileZ, she is typically spending time with her incredible children and grand-babies or working out.
Marilyn Bigney, Team Shine
Marilyn Bigney is the principle Team Leader for Team Shine. By training, Marilyn is a software trainer who is accustomed to teaching about educational software in both Spanish and English. In addition, Marilyn is the wife of artist and author Alex Bigney (Talking To Tesla) and the mother of three sons who comprise the award-winning Celtic trio Kirkmount. Marilyn’s team is happy to contribute to a number of worthwhile causes, but she is especially motivated to advance the program called Harness The Spark that is working to advance education about the arts. Harness The Spark’s curriculum is already being taught at the university level in pilot programs. Harness The Spark works to teach and foster the creativity that exists in every life. Ultimately, the program’s agenda is to build an entire school for the arts in Northern Italy.
Lisa Bigelow, Team Shine
Lisa Bigelow is a long experienced dental assistant graduate and has been a practicing dental assistant for the past 20 years. She brings 18 years experience in the creation of custom teeth whitening trays, and is also experienced in the Zoom methods of bleaching. In addition to leading the Salt Lake City Shine team, Lisa is an active mother and community member whose personal interests include music, boating, ATV riding, cooking, and collegiate sports.
